2nd Day - Parma - Modena - Rimini
After breakfast, departure for a visit of a cheese factory located in surroundings of Salsomaggiore. This area is known for its cheese production,in particulary the famous and tasty Parmesan Cheese. Cheese tasting. Departure for Parma - free time. In the afternoon visit of the “Balsamic Vinegar Consortium” of Spilimbergo, town on the hills around Modena, where for centuries, vinegar has been produced boasting unique characteristics and preciousness: Balsamic vinegar. Visit of the vinegar producing area and its barrels. Dinner and overnight in a hotel located in Rimini or its surroundings.
3rd Day - San Marino - Verrucchio
After breakfast, departure for a visit of San Marino, the oldest republic in the world. Free time to visit its historical centre, and shopping. In the afternoon the tour continues to Verrucchio - free time to visit this small and caratheristic town. Visit to a wine cellar in the area, where you can do some wine tasting. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight.
4th Day - Rimini - Santargangelo
After breakfast departure to Rimini city centre, meeting with a local guide, and visit of its historical centre. In the afternoon drive to Santarcangelo of Romagna, and visit of this small and pretty medieval village, its Tufa caves and ancient printing press. Visit to a local cellar in the area with tasting of local products. Farewell dinner with typical dishes.
