UMBRIA – ITALY’S GREEN HEART
1st Day - Chianciano
Late afternoon arrival in Chianciano. Accommodation in hotel, dinner and overnight.
2nd Day - Assisi - Spello
After breakfast in hotel departure to Assisi, the St. Francis’ town, for a half day visit: the Cathedral of Santa Chiara, the Cathedral of St. Francis, heart of the Franciscan spirituality. In the afternoon departure to Spello free time at disposal to visit the medieval centre. Later on, visit of a winery of the area and winetasting. Return to hotel, dinner and overnight.
3rd Day - Perugia - Lake Trasimeno
After breakfast, departure to Perugia. Guided visit of the historical town centre and its medieval palaces. In the afternoon, departure for Lake Trasimeno, excursion by boat to Isola Maggiore and Lake Trasimeno. Return to hotel, dinner and overnight in Chianciano.
4th Day - Orvieto - Todi
After breakfast, departure to Orvieto. Guided visit of the historical town centre and the Cathedral. Departure to Todi and free time to visit the town.
Return to hotel, dinner and overnight.
5th Day - Chianciano
Breakfast in hotel and departure
